A.The average cost of Jeremy’s Personal Fitness Training is usually between $300-$500 per month.

Q.Will I have to take a bunch of supplements?
A.No. Jeremy’s Personal Fitness Training will show how you can eat real, whole food, that will help you achieve optimal health.
Q.How long will it take for me to see results?
A.Factors that determine how quickly you will see results are your age, sex and starting fitness level. However, generally speaking after about 4 weeks of training you can expect your clothes to fit better, decrease overall scale weight and increased energy.
